Project Rates are dependent upon the complexity and longevity of your project and will be quoted with a not-to-exceed estimate at the time of contract. Schedule a meeting with us to discuss the details of your project or request for ongoing services and we’ll provide you with a personalized quote.
Terms
Product, service and/or technology knowledge acquisition may be required, research is billed at NIS 175 or $50 per hour with a not-to-exceed quotation provided in advance.
50% Surcharge for emergency services when a monthly retainer contract is not already in affect, and for requests outside of normal business hours.
Business Hours
We are available between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Jerusalem, Israel time, Sunday through Thursday. Phone consultations or meetings initiated or required by the client outside of our normal business hours are billed at premium rates. Our office is closed on Fridays, Shabbat and all Jewish holidays.
If your business will require Friday morning or Saturday evening work on a regular basis, please discuss this with us in advance and we will try to work with you on a reasonable arrangement.
Payment Terms 
- Payment Method: payments can be made by credit card through PayPal or by direct bank transfer. No Checks accepted.
- One-time Projects: require 50% payment in advance of commencement of work, with the remaining 50% due within 3 business days of completion of work. Administrator level passwords, data and code will not be released until payment in full is received by us.
- Ongoing Projects: Long-term clients in good credit standing may receive Net 15 day terms. Invoices are generally sent to clients on the 1st of the month and payment must be received in full within 15 days, e.g., an invoice generated on January 1st must be paid by January 16th.
- Late Payments: payments received after the invoice due date incur an 8% per month penalty. If payments are late more than twice, advance payment will be required for all future work.
Agreement
By opening a new project, sending work to us (by e-mail, post or any other means), or phoning for a consultation whether it be for a few minutes or a few hours, you acknowledge your agreement of the rates, terms and conditions contained herein.
